Nicholas Foster, is a screenwriter and playwright. As a writer, his interests are primarily in genre writing, often exploring relatable themes like relationships issues, racial divide, and the sociological struggles of the labor force by way of metaphorical and/or fantastical framing devices.
He aims to make movies that emphasize the power in dialogue between people from different backgrounds working together for a bigger purpose. He focuses on this in hopes that the message can reach the many like him who are now settling into their lives and assuming various positions of growing influence within society.
He has co-written two produced plays: For Colored Boys, and For Colored Boys 2: A Seat on the Sofa
